As of July 07, 2015 we are partnering with Facebook's Online Mock Trial Team. We will be hosting the official event starting August 22. we will have live feed and everything for it right here. So keep tuned in for further information.

Broken Restraining Order:

This is where a restraining order is issued by the Online Court Chat System, and either parties violate any of the stipulatioins.

Violation of probation:

When a Website Judge places a member under Website Probation, and the member violates his/her stipulations.

Nudity:

When a member posts a picture anywhere on the website, or sends it to another member, of himself/herself exposed.

Sexual Conduct:

When a member posts or talks about any sexual activity, or engages in any sexual activity.

Stalking:

When a member takes and is told to leave someone alone, and they continue after they have been told to stop.

Not using their website username in the chatrooms:

When a member uses a different username in the chatrooms, which makes its harder for security members to locate and identify the member.

Violation of safety policy:

When someone gives out personal information.

Posting In the wrong forum:

When a member posts a topic in the message boards and the topic doesn’t fit within the category.

Not attending an Online Court Meeting:

When a member skips their Online Court Chatroom date.

Cyber Bullying:

When a member harasses or bullies another member through words and or actions.
